This MEXT-funded educational program collaboratively carried out by Mie University and Suzuka University of Medical Science since 2016 was delivered as a normal in person in the last three years.\nHowever, in 2020, due to the pandemic of COVID-19, we have decided to carry out a virtual workshop using Zoom, an internet-based video communication technology. To provide rich learning opportunities in the virtual class, we have made planning and preparation in advance and rehearsed several times, thereby being able to obtain a high level of satisfaction from the students who participated.\nThere was not so difference in student\u0027s satisfaction between the two surveys conducted for the face-to-face class in 2019 and for the online class in 2020. We conclude that if well prepared and appropriately delivered, online classes have the potential to achieve a similar level of educational outcomes as face-to-face classes.",
