抄録	This report summarizes the interviews with 12 international（non-Japanese）workers in the Mie prefecture.The interviews have been conducted in order to gain the international workers'experiences of studying the Japanese language，searching for jobs，and working in Japan． The information gained from the interviews is possibly useful resources for current international students who will be potentially working in Japan.
