The issues made clear in this paper are as follows. First, each person’s objectives of daily lives can be recognized reflectively. Second, the essential points of capability approach are extracted from some aspects. Third, the factors which are important in recognizing objectives of daily lives and the matters which demand attentions in following capability approach are the same contents. So, by examining capability approach more precisely, each person will be able to recognize his or her own objectives sufficiently.
