前立腺ラテント癌から顕在癌までの癌浸潤マクロファージの解析 広川, 佳史 HIROKAWA, YOSHIFUMI 白石, 泰三 SIRAISHI, TAIZOU 腫瘍学 application/pdf 臨床検体を用いたラテント癌での腫瘍関連マクロファージの関与は予想に反して少ないことが判明した。代わりの実験として癌細胞とマクロファージの微小環境における相互作用について培養系での研究が進展した。すなわちTGFβの作用により前立腺癌細胞は炎症細胞の機能を抑制する可能性が示唆された。 In the clinical cancer specimen, tumor associated macrophage showed little involvment to latent prostate cancer. Alternative experiment has been developed that is in vitro experiment of cancer and macrophage interaction mimicking the microenvironment.
