敗血症性ミオパチー：骨格筋とレジデントマクロファージのクロストーク Septic myopathy: Cross-talk between skeletal muscle and resident macrophages 池尻, 薫 Ikejiri, Kaoru FNDC-5 LFA-1インテグリン ECM PBMC イリシン リンパ球 骨格筋 ICU-AW application/pdf 骨格筋から放出されるミオカインであるイリシンは、間葉系細胞に発現するインテグリンαVβ5、αVβ1、α5β1のリガンドとして働き、骨、骨格筋、脂肪組織の代謝リモデリングに重要な役割を果たすことが近年明らかにされている。 イリシンを介したリンパ球の接着には、α4β1、α5β1だけでなく、白血球特異的なαLβ2やα4β7を含む複数のインテグリンが関与することが示された。これらの結果は、イリシンが炎症を起こした血管系において、リンパ球の接着と移動を制御する重要な役割を担っている可能性を示唆している。 Irisin, a myokine released from skeletal muscle, has recently been found to act as a ligand for the integrins αVβ5, αVβ1, and α5β1 expressed on mesenchymal cells, thereby playing an important role in the metabolic remodeling of the bone, skeletal muscle and adipose tissues. Here, we show that irisin supports the cell adhesion of human and mouse lymphocytes. Irisin represents a novel ligand for integrin αLβ2 and α4β7, capable of supporting lymphocyte cell adhesion independently of β1 integrins.
