大腸癌Tumor Buddingを同定する新たなエピゲノムマーカーの開発 Development of novel epigenetic biomarker for identification of tumor buddding in CRC 廣, 純一郎 Hiro, Junichiro 問山, 裕二 Toiyama, Yuji 藤川, 裕之 Fujikawa, Hiroyuki 楠, 正人 Kusunoki, Masato 荒木, 俊光 Araki, Toshimitsu 大腸癌 Tumor Budding grade microRNA バイオマーカー application/pdf 別添の資料に詳細を記載させて頂いたが、大腸癌組織より抽出したRNAにてmiRNA microarray法を用いてBudding high gradeに特異的に異常発現するmiRNAを11個選定し、testing cohortとvalidation cohortで左記の候補miRNAの発現値とbudding gradeとの相関を検証。各miRNAともhigh budding gradeを高精度に同定しうる結果が得られた。 Please see the attached files. We extracted RNA from tumor tissues of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. We ordered miRNA microarray, and we identified 11 high budding grade specific dysregulated miRNAs. Then, we investigated the association between the relative expression of each miRNAs and tumor budding grade by using qRT-PCR in testing and validation CRC cohort.
