 note = {application/pdf, 1. 1974年滋賀県醒ヶ井養鱒試験場で採取されたニジマスの頭部にみられた黒色腫を病理組織学的に検討した。 2. その結果, 本腫瘍は真皮疎結合織を中心に形成され, 実質としてのメラニン細胞と細い膠原線維を基質とした線維細胞およびその芽細胞から成っていた。メラニン細胞は異型像･分化程度の差異が著しいのが特徴であった。なお, 他臓器への転移は認められなかった。, The authors histopathologically examined melanoma found on the head of a three-year-old rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri) caught in Samegai Trout Culture Station in 1974. A neoplastic mass was observed to be a protuberance of black color with papillate surface. Histopathologically, the tumor arose from the dermal loose connective tissue. It consisted of a considerable number of mature melanocytes and immature ones extending in all directions as a parenchyma and of a large amount of thin collagenous fibers as a stroma. Metastatic production was not observed in this case.},
