Histopathological and electron microscopic studies were made on these diseased fishes. Epitheliocystis cysts of these fishes developed in gills. Cysts of red sea bream were found on the capillary under respiratory epithelium of gill lamellae in the early stage of the infection. Heavily infected gills showed many cysts among the hyperplastic epithelium of the interlamellar spaces, followed by clubbing of the gill filaments. The cysts ranged in diameter from 15 µm to 55 µm. The cysts had a cellular capsule and an inclusion body which was revealed to be packed with chlamydia-like organisms ranging from 0.52 µm to 0.71 µm in size, by electron microscopy. Epitheliocystis cysts of tiger puffer developed on the capillary under the respiratory epithelium of gill lamellae. The cysts ranged in size from 25 µm to 43 µm. Epitheliocystis cysts of red sea bream and tiger puffer indicated that they developed from infected cells forming larnellar capillaries. Epitheliocystis cysts of carp developed within the epithelium of the interlamellar spaces on gill filaments and ranged in diameter from 12 µm to 50 µm.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"社団法人日本水産学会"}]},"item_10001_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00193422","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0021-5392","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10001_subject_21":{"attribute_name":"日本十進分類法","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"663","subitem_subject_scheme":"NDC"}]},"item_10001_text_25":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"養殖魚のエピテリオシスチス病の病理組織学的・電子顕微鏡的研究"}]},"item_10001_text_70":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(三重大)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Journal Article / 学術雑誌論文"}]},"item_10001_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Miyazaki, Teruo","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"宮崎, 照雄","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Fujimaki, Yukio","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"藤巻, 由紀夫","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hatai, Kishio","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"畑井, 喜司雄","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-02-20"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"AN001934220520201.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"779.5 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"AN001934220520201.pdf","url":"https://mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/10229/files/AN001934220520201.pdf"},"version_id":"a4e5eeb4-58da-404e-828b-7442ab8464b3"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"A Light and Electron Microscopic Study on Epitheliocystis Disease in Cultured Fishes","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"A Light and Electron Microscopic Study on Epitheliocystis Disease in Cultured Fishes","subitem_title_language":"ja"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"15","path":["685"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2007-07-04"},"publish_date":"2007-07-04","publish_status":"0","recid":"10229","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["A Light and Electron Microscopic Study on Epitheliocystis Disease in Cultured Fishes"],"weko_creator_id":"15","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-10-17T00:31:00.317232+00:00"}
