japonicum由来トランスポーターTjZNTについて、膜透過領域III-IV間に存在する高ヒスチジン領域IおよびIIがニッケル輸送に必要な領域であることを明らかにしたほか、TjZNTの発現によりもたらされるニッケル耐性能が、細胞内から細胞外へのニッケル排出に依るものであることを明らかにした。また、同じThlaspi属に属するニッケル集積性植物T.japonicumとカドミウム・亜鉛集積性植物T.caerulescensの培養細胞を作成し、そのニッケル耐性を比較した結果、ニッケル集積性植物が細胞レベルでも高いニッケル耐性を有することを明らかにした。さらに、実用的なファイトレメディエーションの確立に向け、非組み換え植物における効果的な土壌浄化に関する方法についても重要な知見を得た。鉛集積能力が高い緑化用ソバについては、集積する鉛集積部位の解析と根圏における鉛可溶メカニズムを明らかにし、鉛回収量の増加をもたらす栽培方法について知見を得たほか、マンガン超集積性植物であるコシアブラについても不溶性マンガンの可溶化と吸収に根圏におけるプロトン放出とpH低下が必要であることを明らかにした。以上の結果は、2005年度日本土壌肥料学会にて発表した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_8_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成15年度~平成18年度科学研究費補助金基盤研究C研究成果報告書","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_62":{"attribute_name":"目次","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Cloning
