{"created":"2023-06-19T11:41:47.814899+00:00","id":10716,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"1fd16ef9-d2b7-45dd-ba25-832712d9e477"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"10716","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"10716"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00010716","sets":["420:724:1692754926352"]},"author_link":["26783"],"item_8_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-03-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_8_description_14":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1.18S,5.8Sおよび28S rDNAの塩基配列データをもとに,ウドンコカビ目内におけるUncinula septataの系統学的位置を明らかにした.Uncinula septataの子のう果の付属糸は分岐せず,先端が渦巻き状のUncinula型であるが,系統的にはウドンコカビ目の最も基部側に位置し, MicrosphaeraやUncinulaが含まれる\"Pseudoidium\"クレードとは遠縁である.形態的にも,U.septataは頂生で多隔膜の付属糸,勾玉状の子のう胞子を持ち,不完全世代を欠くという特徴でErysiphe sect.Uncirula(≡Uncinula)とは異なる特徴を持つ.本種はUncinula様の付属糸と8胞子性の子のうという付加的な始源的特徴を有する木本寄生性のうどんこ病菌である.これらの結果に基づき、U.septataをタイプ種とする新属Parauncinulaを提案した.
