 note = {application/pdf, 三重県英虞湾浜島に調査点を設け，海藻類に付着する渦鞭毛藻Gambierdiscus sp.の出現調査を行った。その結果，夏季から秋季にかけて本種の現存量は多くなる一方で冬季にもわずかながら出現するという，周年にわたる季節消長を明らかにした。さらに同調査点から得た細胞株を用いて，その増殖と生残に及ぼす水温の影響を室内培養実験により調べた。その結果により現場における本種の出現機構を説明することができた。, In a seaweed bed of Ago Bay, central part of Japan, cell abundance (density of the cells attached to macroalgae) of Gambierdiscus sp. was monitored monthly. The abundance of Gambierdiscus sp. increased in warmer season (especially from August to October). On the other hand, although the cell density was very low, they also occurred even in the cold season (from January to March).
