 note = {application/pdf, 本研究では、摘果実験の手法により、当年枝上の幼果の除去が翌年の新梢伸長と開花に及ぼす影響を明らかにすること、また、ハイイロチョッキリの枝切り行動と二年成ブナ科樹種の繁殖特性の関係を解明することを目的とした。摘果の効果については個体差が大きく、今後のさらなる検討の必要性が示された。ハイイロチョッキリによる被害の程度と二年成ブナ科樹種の繁殖特性には明瞭な対応関係がみられ、カシ類の隔年結果にはハイイロチョッキリの枝切り行動による損失を低減する効果がある可能性が示唆された。, I examined the effects of thinning immature fruits on the new shoot elongation and flowering in the next year in biennial-fruiting species of evergreen oaks. I also examined the host preference of Mechoris ursulus Roelofs among biennial-fruiting species of Fagaceae and the traits of shoot elongation and reproduction of its host species. The effects of fruit thinning showed large individual variations and suggested necessity of further investigations.
