The purpose of student council activities is to enable practical learning through participation in activities for improving school life. It is necessary for teachers to provide guidance to facilitate such activities and learning. Therefore, one of the missions of teacher training education in universities is to educate students to become teachers who can provide such guidance. I am in charge of university classes dealing with student council activities. In each class, the students form two groups. One group undertakes the role of the executive of the student council. The other group undertakes the role of the teacher. All students including the members of the two groups interact with each other in these classes.
