 note = {application/pdf, Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are a mainstay of local society in Japan. It is not so easy for SME, however, to be Going Concern because of the lack of highly educated human recourses and strong financial assets. To clarify various issues and problems on SMEs, we made a survey by questionnaire and interview on issues that SMEs may encounter for keeping innovation and making Going Concern. Every issue around SME can be classified into three categories,Meaningful Positioning, Growing Capability, and Credit Building. Questionnaire was sent to more than 50 SMEs and then face to face interview was carried out to each owner. The answers of questionnaire and the contents of interview were analyzed and several keywords were extracted.
