It employs the evaluation grid method. The subjects are nurses who work at a recovery Rehabilitation ward. I got interviews with 25 nurses who work at a hospital. I made structural drawings from the interview. They evaluate the care environment. It was characteristic that the nurses assumed patients who used walkers or wheelchairs. Some items such as the height of the goods and the size of the building were hard to evaluate, but as for place where they can see in daily work and where they can recognize the height of the reference, more concrete evaluation items was gotten. When the nurses evaluated, they considered patient’s cognitive and body functions.
