Items in the questionnaire were related to basic attributes, life rhythm, fatigue experienced by father and child, child crying and response, and difficulty with managing children.\nResult: During weekdays, 47.8% of the fathers dedicated less than two hours to childcare participation and 52.2% dedicated more than two hours. In terms of fathers'degree of fatigue, the group with low fatigue was 49.8% and the group with high fatigue was 50.2%. Regarding dealing with children's crying, daily childcare methods such as \"giving milk\" were significantly higher. With respect to sleep rhythm, fathers・sleep time tended to be irregular, and more than 70% of infants had a regular sleep rhythm. However, no association with childcare time was observed. Difficulty soothing children, long sleep latencies, and irregular life rhythms were reported by fathers with high levels of
