{"created":"2023-06-19T11:44:07.755647+00:00","id":13940,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"c2b50e2d-a70a-49c3-aeaf-a93594720ec8"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"13940","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"13940"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00013940","sets":["556:557:1203:1278"]},"author_link":["45747"],"item_4_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2020-03-30","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"12","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"5","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"三重大学教養教育院研究紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the college of liberal arts and sciences, Mie University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_4_description_14":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿の目的は、ニュージーランドの後期中等教育資格試験であるNCEAで用いられている校内評価について、その導入背景、教育制度、評価の仕組みから整理、分析することで、評価の特徴と課題を明らかにすることである。\nニュージーランドで古くから校内評価が用いられてきたが、中等学校の推薦によっても大学入学が行われていたこと、中等5学年のSCに合格できない生徒に別途、筆記試験以外の評価が必要だったこと、中等6学年で大学入試(UE)を受けない生徒の中等教育修了資格試験としてのSFCに校内評価が導入されたことなど、校内評価への理解が醸成されていたという歴史的特徴がある。\nこれらに加え、コンピテンシーに基づいた評価が必要になったこと、統一資格制度のために明確なスタンダードが必要になったことが背景となり、2002年にスタンダード準拠評価を用いたNCEAが導入されたというカリキュラム制度としての特徴を指摘できる。\nまた、評価の仕組みの特徴として、細分化されたスタンダードごとに単位を取得するという方法と、スタンダードごとに校内評価と学外試験評価とを分離するという点が挙げられる。これによってスタンダードにおいて求められている能力が具体的に分かりやすくなるとともに、それぞれで評価される能力を明確に区別できる。一方で、教科内容の系統性が希薄になり、系統的な評価が困難になりうるという課題も浮かび上がった。またNCEA によって学んだスキルがどのように社会生活に活用されるのかという点でも大きな特徴を見出せていない。\n今後は、こうした特徴と課題について他国の状況と比較することで、校内評価の国際的通用性と今後の可能性を検討していく必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this study is to explain the features of the Internal Assessment (IA) used in National Certificate for Educational Assessment (NCEA) in senior secondary education in New Zealand, from the perspectives of historical background, education and certificate system, and assessment structure.\n In New Zealand, the IA was introduced in primary and secondary schools. This study notes the following historical aspects; the accreditation system for University Entrance was implemented, another assessment possibility became necessary for unsuccessful students in Fifth Form School Certificate, and the IA was introduced for the Sixth Form Certificate.\n Further, this study explains the curriculum system as a feature of IA because of the following reasons; the competency based assessment was required in the New Zealand Curriculum Framework, the assessment standards were needed in newly developed national qualification system, and the assessment method was shifted from norm referenced assessment to standard referenced assessment when NCEA was introduced.\n As for the aspect of assessment structure, this study analyzes the system in which students earn credits allocated to each Achievement Standard and not to each subject, so the IA and External Assessment (EA) are separately implemented. These two features of IA allows students to concretely understand the objectives of skills in each standard and also distinguishes the feature of each skill assessed in IA and EA.
