 note = {application/pdf, 胃癌における好中球浸潤の臨床的意義や、全身循環中の好中球として、NETosisに着目し、その定量化を図り、その臨床的意義を解析した結果、TEN上昇、NETs高値はともに予後不良となることがわかり、予後マーカーとなるのみならず、癌進展において深いかかわりを持つ可能性が考慮された。また本研究に付随して解析したL1CAM高発現は臨床的に有用な予後予測マーカーとなるほか、in vitro/in vivo 研究の結果、治療標的となりうる可能性を報告した。, The aim of this study was to clarify the clinically relevance of tumor-associated neutrophils and ciculating NETosis in gastric cancer patients. Our study clealy revealed that elevetaed TANs or NETs were significantly associated with poor survival in gastric cancer patients.
