 note = {application/pdf, 臨床実習終了後の看護学生に実習でコミュニケーションを困難に感じた場面等について質問紙調査を行った。結果、患者、スタッフ、等とのコミュニケーション場面に困難を感じていた。特に患者との会話では病気を伴うことについてのコミュニケーションに困難を感じていた。指導看護師に新人看護師がコミュニケーションで困っている場面とその内容等について質問紙調査を行った。結果、スタッフや患者との対応の場面等であった。スタッフとの場面では【報告・連絡・相談の不十分さ】患者との対応場面では【患者の思いを汲み取ることが不十分】等であった。これらより到達目標はスタッフと患者へのコミュニケーション技術の獲得が抽出された。, The present study involved nursing students who had just completed practical clinical training and a questionnaire survey was conducted regarding difficulties in communication that they experienced. The survey suggested that they primarily experienced difficulties in communicating with patients, especially in conversations related to diseases and symptoms, and with other medical staff. A questionnaire survey was also conducted with supervising nurses regarding communication difficulties experienced by new nurses and their details.
