 note = {application/pdf, 食道癌は死亡者数、罹患数ともに未だ減少せず、医療需要の高い疾患である。しかし食道癌根治手術後の食事摂取量低下、体重減少、下痢、逆流症状など患者のQOL を著しく損なうこと多く、内視鏡治療可能な早期の段階で非侵襲的に診断が可能となれば、国民の健康に貢献する点でも医療費の観点からも極めて意義深い。本研究は、食道癌特異的に分泌されるExosomeに特異的に発現する蛋白Xを同定することで、いくつかの臨床的意義を明らかにした。, Esophageal cancer is a disease with high medical demand because the number of mortality and morbidity do not decrease even after the development of treatment. However, after radical surgery for esophageal cancer, the QOL of patients is often impaired, such as decreased food intake, weight loss, diarrhea, and reflux symptoms.
