Ingredients were sufficiently smoked and the smoker looked reusable enough to be used several times. However, the smoker is 4 to 13 times larger and 2 to 27 times heavier than commercially available smokers, so we plan to try to make it smaller. The taste of the smoked food using wood chips was not satisfactory this time.
