Children with complex medical needs are increasingly cared for at home rather than in hospital. Feeding tubes are used to support nutritional needs. Nasogastric tube placement is the typical first step for medically complex infants who need nutrition. However, it is well recognized that nasogastric tubes can be easily pulled out. There is an increased risk of misplacement with frequent tube replacement. The purpose of the current study is to characterize the nature and causes of safety incidents at home. We hypothesized that the passage of the nasogastric tube was very distressing to both parents and children.}, pages = {191--194}, title = {重症心身障害児における経鼻経管栄養の課題}, volume = {74}, year = {2023}, yomi = {ゴウウコン, アユム} }
