Factors associated with in vivo persistence and clinical efficacy were explored, and subpopulations selected. The CRS (cytokine release syndrome) pathogenesis involved host-derived cytokines after TCR-T infusion and was significantly related to the differentiation traits of infused TCR-T (manufactured T cells).
