 note = {application/pdf, To promote preventive care for the elderly in Japan, it is essential for seniors to continue engaging in leadership roles in preventive care activities. The purpose of this research is to elucidate trends in studies related to senior leaders in preventive care activities in Japan. Utilizing the Japan Medical Abstracts Society website, a search was conducted in March 2023. The selection criteria were as follows: 1) original research papers, 2) inclusion of subjects serving as leaders or in roles similar to leaders, 3) subjects aged 65 and above, and 4) activities related to preventive care within Japan. The selected literature was organized, summarized, and classified based on the similarity of results. Consequently, nine papers were adopted, and from their findings, six classifications were identified: “Factors for Continuation of Leadership,” “Traits of Individuals Becoming Leaders,” “Process of Establishing Leader Activities,” “Effects of Leader Training Programs,” “Factors for Continuation of Leadership,” and “Support for Leaders.” In the future, it is necessary to clarify how elderly leaders are passing on their roles and to provide insights into specific methods and innovations in succession planning., 日本の介護予防を促進するためには，高齢者がリーダーとなる介護予防活動を継続していくことが重要である．本研究では，日本の介護予防活動における高齢者リーダーに関する研究の概観から，高齢者リーダーに対する研究の動向について明らかにすることを目的とした．医中誌Webを用い，2023年3月に検索した．選択基準を①原著論文，②対象にリーダーとそれに準ずる役割を持つ人を含む，③対象が65歳以上，④日本国内の介護予防に関する活動とした．対象文献の整理と要約を行い，対象文献の結果の類似性に基づき内容を分類した．結果，9文献を採択し，それらの結果から6分類として，［リーダー継続の要因］，［リーダーとなる人の特性］，［リーダーの活動設立の過程］，［リーダー育成事業の効果］，［リーダー継続の要因］，［リーダーへの支援］が抽出された．今後は，高齢者リーダーがどのように引き継ぎを行っているか，具体的な引継ぎ方法や工夫についても明らかにしていく必要がある．},
