In the analyze of the difference in mean values between attributes (significance level < 0.005), a significant difference was found for professional autonomy in \" whether or not there was a separation period\" and \"intention to retention at the current workplace.\" In \"Self-actualization as a nurse\", a significant difference was found in \"Employment status\", and full-time employees tended to be higher than non-fulltime employees.
