The purpose of this study is to elucidate the pathology of CAA using CAA model mice. First, in CAA model mice, expression of APP770 was confirmed inside the basement membrane of cerebral vessels, but deposition of Aβ was not confirmed. Chronic hypoperfusion stress increased bleeding, but Western blotting showed no significant difference in the expression of inflammation-related molecules.
