| 内容記述 | In this study, an experiential learning model was implemented for first-year students at institutions of higher education to cultivate the " Agency " needed to survive in an age when the future is difficult to predict, through career edu-cation courses. An experiential learning cycle was imple-mented, in which students think of their own learning goals and learning plans (learning experiences outside of class time) and have time to collaboratively reflect on their own experiences (collaborative evaluative learning). The effec-tiveness of the practice was measured by pre and post class questionnaire surveys. The results of the survey confirmed the possibility of fostering student agency. | |||||||
