| 内容記述 | DNA function relies not only on its sequence but also on its organization, which plays a crucial role in regulating various biological processes, including gene expression. In this article, I discuss the importance of genome studies and introduce X-chromosome inactivation as a model for investigating the relationship between genome organization and gene expression using recent next-generation sequencing-based technologies. | |||||||
