| 内容記述 | In recent years, the rise of nuclear families and the weakening of community ties have made it increasingly difficult for postpartum mothers to access adequate support. As a result, the promotion and enhancement of postpartum care services have become essential. This study aimed to clarify the effects of postpartum care from the perspective of mothers who utilized such services.Using the Ichushi-Web and CiNii databases, a literature review was conducted focusing on the past five years. Inclusion criteria were: (1) studies that described the effects of postpartum care from the mothers’ perspective, and (2) studies that excluded group-based or online interventions. Additionally, three articles were identified through hand-searching, resulting in a total of seven studies for analysis.From these studies, the following seven categories were identified: 【Psychological Effects】 【Physical Effects】 【Effects on Childcare】 【Effects on Attachment Formation】 【Effects on Maternal Roles】 【Effects on Supporting Home Life】 【Effects on Family Relationships】.It is considered necessary to introduce methods for providing postpartum care tailored to the needs of mothers. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 近年，核家族の増加や地域とのつながりの希薄化により，産後の母親は支援を得られにくい現状にあり，産後ケアの推進と充実が求められるようになった．本研究では，産後ケアを利用した母親からみた産後ケアの効果を明らかにすることを目的とした．医学中央雑誌Web版・CiNiiを用い，2019年以降に限定し，選択基準を①褥婦からみた産後ケアの効果が述べられている，②集団やオンラインでないとし，ハンドサーチ2件を追加した7件を対象とした．その結果，【心理的効果】【身体的効果】【育児に関する効果】【愛着形成への効果】【母親役割に関する効果】【自宅での生活を支える効果】【家族との関わりに関する効果】の7カテゴリーが抽出された．産後ケアに対する母親のニーズに応じた産後ケアの実施方法を紹介することが必要であることが考えられた． | |||||||||||||||||
