The difference of the incorporation rate in the callus tissues cultured for 2 days or 4 days was remarkable between under a continuous light and under dark. Ratio activity in the callus tissue was found mainly in neutral substances such as neutral sugars, although a small amount of radio activity was found in acidic and lipid substances. The incorporation of 14C into neutral substances gradually decreased when the callus was cultured in the dark for a long period. 70% ethanol insoluble fraction also contained a large amount of radio activity. Especially, the radio activity was notable in the callus tissue, which grew actively, when cultured on a fresh medium for 4 days under the light condition. This result shows that the incorporated sugar is promptly employed for synthesis of macromolecules in the case of a growing cell. Photo-mixotrophic callus tissues are in contrast to autotrophic micro algae because the former are stimulated by light on sugar uptake, but the latter are repressed by light.}, pages = {53--58}, title = {緑色タバコカルス組織におけるショ糖取り込みの光による促進作用}, volume = {34}, year = {1983} }
