DP and OPP were extracted with ethyl acetate in the presence of sodium phosphate, dibasic and sodium sulfate by homogenizer and analysed with fluorescence detector. The accuracy of this method was verified by the calibration curves, the recovery rates of DP and OPP added to control citrus fruits and the coefficients of variation of analytical values.
