The result was: Lowry's method enabled the micro-determination of protain concentrations by 50 μl of human milk; Somogyi-Nelson's method that of sugar concentrations by 25 μl; Bragdon's method thet of lipid concentrations by 100 μl. Calibration curves,recovery rates and coefficients of variation confirmed that these methods were reproductive.
