We analyzed the obtained data by using a qualitative inductive method. The results are the following.\n1. Difficulty and distress of the out-patients undergoing  chemotherapy was related to physical, psychological, 　social, and environmental states. And 12 nursing cares came out toward difficulty and distress.\n2. Needs of the out-patients undergoing chemotherapy were also  related to physical, psychological, social, 　　environmental states. And 11 nursing cares came out toward needs.\n3. Twenty five nursing cares came out toward the out-patients chemotherapy practice.\n4. We arranged the nursing cares in the out-patients chemotherapy schedule for developing the tentative care 　program.
