{"created":"2023-06-19T11:37:20.426904+00:00","id":4604,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"6b917359-9d2f-4ab1-9550-b0fac7234ec3"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"4604","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4604"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004604","sets":["334:335:354:360"]},"author_link":["9326","9327"],"item_4_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-03-15","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"51","bibliographicPageStart":"41","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"13","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"三重看護学誌"}]}]},"item_4_description_14":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は,「血液センター看護師の就業継続の要因」とは何かを明らかにすることである.\n 東海圏内の赤十字血液センターで正規職員として働く,勤務経験5年以上の看護師で研究の同意の得られた17名を対象とし,半構成的面接により収集したデータを質的に分析した.\n データ分析は,面接内容から作成した逐語録を精読し,就業継続できるための要因に関する記述を抽出したものを,KJ法の手法を用いて意味内容の類似性によりカテゴリー化した.\n 分析の結果,収集したデータから血液センター看護師の就業継続の要因として,総数402のコードが抽出された.これらのコードから59の下位カテゴリーが形成され,さらに14の中位カテゴリーが形成された.これらのカテゴリーは最終的に【生活背景】,【働き続けられる環境づくり】,【自己実現】,【血液センター看護師の役割の遂行】,【職場への帰属意識の高まり】の5つの上位カテゴリーにまとめられた.\n 看護師は,職場の組織構成員として働くと共に,社会に生きる一人の生活者として働き,生計を維持していた.就業継続への迷いが生じたときでも,子供を育てるためや,より豊かな生活を送るために働いて収入を得る必要があった.ライフイベントや疾病などによる離職の危機には,働く環境の整備を行ったり他者からの支援を受けたりしながら,働き続けられる環境づくりを,看護師自身が積極的に行うことで離職の危機に対処していた.\n 仕事のやりがいを感じたり,働くことの喜びを得るなどの肯定的な職務経験は看護師の意欲となり,これを推進力に就業継続していた.また,職場に必要な存在であることの上司からの承認は,看護師を続けていく上での自信となっていた.\n 職員同士の人間関係は,辛い時に励まし合ったり相談できる仲間であり,情緒的支援関係にあった.そしてまた,忙しい時には団結して働いていく存在であり,採血業務・献血者サービスの質の向上に貢献していた.このような職員同士に機能するサポートシステムが,就業を継続していく意志を支えていた.看護師は,組織や社会に役立つ仕事をしているという実感を得たことで,組織に対する愛着を深め就業継続していた.\n 以上の結果から血液センターで働く看護師が就業継続していくためには,看護師が,家庭や自分自身の生活を大切にしながら就業できること,働き続けられる環境を整備できること,仕事を通じて自己実現が図れること,血液センター看護師の役割が確実に遂行できること,そして職場に対して帰属意識を持てることなどが重要であると示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"A purpose of this study is to make it clear what factors for nurses working at the Red Cross Blood Center are needed to continue their job.\nData were collected by semi-structured interviews to seventeen nurses who had more than five years of nursing experience as regular staffs of Red Cross Blood Center in Tokai area. They were analyzed by a qualitative descriptive method. And five core categories emerged from them. These core categories were as follows;\n1)Living background,\n2)Sustainable pleasant working environment\n3)Self-fulfillment\n4)Accomplishment of her duty as a nurse of the Red Cross Blood Center\n5)Surge of the sense of belonging to the workplace\nNurses work as members of the workplace, as dwellers who live in the society, and earn a living. No matter if they want to quit their jobs, it is necessary for them to continue working in order to bring their children up or live richer lives. They felt that it is difficult for them to continue their jobs because of life events or sickness. At that time they adjusted labor environment, and got material and spiritual support from others.\nNo matter how difficult their jobs were, they made an effort to continue their jobs positively. Affirmative occupational experiences such as feeling a sense of fulfillment of job or joy of working brought them the will of nursing. Having a good human relationship with colleagues became emotional mainstay. They are fellow workers who cheer each other up when one of them has hard times. They are fellow workers whom they can talk with each other. They are cooperative to work with. A support system which functioned well to fellow workers supports the will to continue their job.
