{"created":"2023-06-19T11:37:21.368499+00:00","id":4626,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"cc7865eb-8311-4655-aced-a2cf947f964a"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"4626","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4626"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004626","sets":["334:335:354:361"]},"author_link":["9430","9431","9432"],"item_4_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2012-03-15","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"53","bibliographicPageStart":"41","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"14","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"三重看護学誌"}]}]},"item_4_description_14":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は，がん看護専門看護師（OCNS）のがん看護に携わる看護師への支援内容と支援による看護師自身の影響・変化を明らかにすることであった．対象者であるがん看護に携わる看護師10名に対し面接調査を実施し，得られたデータを質的帰納的に分析した．\n　その結果と考察を以下に述べる．全データから，OCNSによる看護師への支援内容に関する17のカテゴリーが抽出され，それらの関係性から，【CNSの知識・技術による支援】【看護師の気付きへの働きかけ支援】【看護師への肯定的フィードバック】【円滑なチーム医療への支援】の4つが導きだされた．その中で中心となるのが，【看護師の気付きへの働きかけ支援】と【看護師への肯定的フィードバック】の看護師に対する直接的な支援であった．\n　全データから，OCNSの支援を受けたことによる看護師自身の影響・変化に関する28のカテゴリーが抽出され，それらの関係性から，【がん看護に関する知識・技術の向上】【全人的な患者理解とそのケアへの気付き】【適切なケアの提供】【看護師自身の精神面の成長】【肯定的な自尊感情の高まり】【がん看護に対するモチベーションの向上】【看護師の自律と自覚の芽生え】【医療チームの関係向上】の8のコアカテゴリーに分けることができた．さらに，それらの関連性から，《看護師の知識・技術の向上》《看護師の精神面の向上》《医療チームの関係向上》の3つの局面が導き出された．この局面の中心となるのが，ケアの質を向上させていくうえで不可欠な《看護師の精神面の向上》であった．また，3つの局面は連動しながら看護師の成長を促進させていた．\n　OCNSの看護師への支援内容と看護師自身の影響・変化との関連から看護師への効果的な支援として，①看護師の潜在的な能力を引き出し，その力を延ばしていく，②《看護師の精神面の向上》を促進させる，③看護師の変化を見守りその過程を支える，④看護師との信頼関係の構築につとめる，の4点が示唆された．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this study was to clarify about what kinds of support for general nurse to get from oncology certified special nurse （OCNS） were and the changes of their attitudes influenced by OCNSs support.\n　The subjects were 10 general nurses working for cancer patients.
