@article{oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004653, author = {後藤, 姉奈 and Goto, Shina}, issue = {1}, journal = {三重看護学誌}, month = {Mar}, note = {application/pdf, 目的:就業継続している看護師を対象に,職務満足度得点の高低による看護観の相違や相違の内容を明らかにすること. 方法:自記式の職務満足度尺度と文章完成法を用いて,データを収集した.8年以上就業を継続している看護師を対象とし,職務満足度得点の高低により,高得点群低得点群の2群化を行い,職務満足度得点の得点差,反応文の構成要素や構成要素の出現率より分析した. 結果:職務満足度得点では,〈看護管理者との人間関係〉〈病棟への所属感〉〈決定権〉の得点差が大きく,〈ケア提供時間〉〈家族との人間関係〉〈患者との人間関係〉〈自律性〉の得点差は小さかった.「看護師の仕事」の反応文では,高得点群は肯定的な構成要素の割合が多く,低得点群では否定的な構成要素の割合が多かった.「この病院で働くこと」の反応文では,低得点群は否定的な構成要素の割合が多かった.「上司」の反応文では,高得点群は肯定的な構成要素の割合が多かったが,低得点群では特徴を示す構成要素は抽出されなかった. 結論:就業継続している看護師の職務満足には,個々に応じた承認や不満足要因の解消が有用であることが示唆された., Objective: To clarify the differences in views on nursing among nurses continuously employed at the same hospital based on job satisfaction scores. Methods: Data was collected using a self-completed job satisfaction scale and the sentence completion test from nurses working continuously at the same hospital for at least 8 years. Subjects were divided into high and low score groups based on job satisfaction scores and analyzed regarding differences in job satisfaction scores, compositional elements of their responses and the occurrence rate of compositional elements. Results: Large differences were observed between the groups regarding scores for the job satisfaction items of relationships with nursing administrators, sense of belonging on the ward and power to make decisions. Differences were small for time spent nursing, relationships with patients families, relationships with patients and autonomy. In the responses to sentences regarding work as a nurse, the occurrence of positive compositional elements was proportionally high in the high score group and of negative compositional elements was proportionally high in the low score group. In the responses to sentences regarding working at this hospital, the occurrence of negative compositional elements was proportionally high in the low score group. In the responses to sentences regarding superiors, the occurrence of positive compositional elements was proportionally high in the high score group while no characteristic compositional elements were extracted for the low score group. Conclusion: The present findings suggest that acceptance of individuality and elimination of dissatisfaction factors are effective for ensuring job satisfaction among nurses in continuous employment.}, pages = {27--35}, title = {同一施設に定着して働く看護師の職務満足度と看護観との関連}, volume = {15}, year = {2013} }
