The analysis is carried out numerically by assuming the degrading type of stress-strain relation that represents the effect of local buckling. The biaxial moment-curvature relation is obtained for a beam-column which is subjected to the cyclic or monotonic loading in such a way that the curvatures about principal axes change in a fixed proportion.
