The device resembles the analog-to-digital converter and converts sinusoidal frequency into Gray code by only the simple mathematical operations, i.e., addition, subtraction, exclusive-OR, bit shift, etc. The performance test of the experimental device furnishes almost satisfactory results concerning its accuracy.},
