{"created":"2023-06-19T11:38:03.890410+00:00","id":5621,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"ae1df3cb-5b16-417b-bf22-789cdfb612d9"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"5621","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"5621"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00005621","sets":["420:421:422:431"]},"author_link":["12024","12025","12026","12027","12028","12029"],"control_number":"5621","item_4_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1985-10-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"117","bibliographicPageStart":"111","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"12","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"三重大学水産学部研究報告 = Bulletin of the Faculty of Fisheries, Mie University"}]}]},"item_4_description_14":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我が国のマグロ延縄漁業では，従来主としてサンマ餌を使用していたが，サンマ Cololabissira の価格上昇等の理由によって現在ではコノシロ Clupanodon punctatus，マイワシ Sardinopsmelanostictus 等種々の餌が用いられるようになった。これらの天然餌は今後食糧としての価値が高まることが予想されるので，有効な人工餌の開発が必要と考える。\n延縄漁法では釣針に刺Lた餌を対象魚が口に入れ，これをのみ込もうとして口を閉じて引張る動作によって魚が釣針にかかる。したがって動きの少ない延縄用の餌で魚を誘って摂餌行動を起こさせるには，対象魚の視覚感覚以外の感覚をも刺激する機能を具備した餌が望まれる。\nマグロ延縄用の人工餌の研究としては，サンマのすり身を水溶性樹脂に混合した小山ら（1971）や，塩化ピエール製のイカ型擬餌にサンマすり身等を添加して用いた小林（1975），酉（1981）の実験報告などがある。また視覚を刺激して餌を目立たせ，釣獲効果の向上をねらったアクリル樹脂製のフィッシングライトによる嶋田（1972）や，発光パクテリヤを用いたMAKIGUCHIら（1980）の実験報告がある。\n小山ら，小林，西の実験結果は化学感覚の刺激が人工餅の釣獲性能を向上させていることを示唆している。\n　著者ら（1984）は種々の化学感覚刺激物質を混入した半固形人工餌を試作し，熊野灘における底延縄による実験で同時に用いたイカの切身餌と変らない高い釣獲率をあげることが出来た。\n本実験では底延縄の実験でよい成績が得られたR－Ⅴ人工餌をマグロ延縄に使った結果，浮延縄用人工餌に関する底延縄と違った知見が得られたので報告する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Previously,we tested the effectiveness of some artificial baits made by combining chemicals, fish meal,etc., on bottom set long-line fishing. One of those baits, the R-V, which contained alanine,betaine,and glycine, in addition to other components,produced a good catch rate. \n In the present study, we attempted to apply the R-V artificial bait to tuna long-line fishing. Field experiments were performed in the West Pacific in 1983. A total of 2,741 hooks were used in a series of 5 tests. For each test half of the hooks contained the artificial bait and half contained raw saury as a control.For the 5 tests, only 4 fish were caught with the artificial bait while 40 were caught with the saury. \n The catch rate of the artificial bait in the present study is extremely low compared to that of our previous bottom set long-line fishing experiments.This suggests that the R=V artificial bait is less effective for pelagic fishes.
