First, we suppose that farm prices are restricted by fixed rent, price rigidity, wholesale pricing, and cost of feed. Also, we estimated their effect. Second, we suppose that retail prices are restricted by fixed rent, wholesale pricing, and price rigidity. Next, we estimated their effect. Major findings are follows. 1. Transaction structure between farmers and wholesalers affects on pricing of farm commodities. 2. Consumer's information on quality of goods affects retail pricing.
