Major findings are as follows: 1. Decreasing the amount of labor per hour per product is restricted by the effect of labor-saving technology and economies of scale. 2.Demand of employed labor is mainly generated by expansion of production. 3. Limitational production function is representative of the technology of these industries. 4. Choice of facilities, structure of labor and marketing strategy are restricted by their effect on productivity. 5. Production scale affects the selection of the buyer of farm products. 6.
