Adhesion was inhibited by 3-O-lauroyl-D-glucose (1, TK-125), 3-O-lauroyl-D-allose (2) and 3-O-lauroyl-N-allosamine (3), at the consentration of 10⁻⁵M, by 15-100%, as incubated at 37℃ for 30 min in the presence of FMLP, PMA, or PAF. Generation of hydrogen peroxide in the same system was also inhibited by 1, 2, and 3. Several other 3-O-acyl derivatives were shown to exhibit no or less than 20% inhibition at the concentration of 10⁻⁵M., C-3位に置換基を有するへキソース誘導体の好中球の細胞接着と活性酸素生成に及ぼす影響が調べられた。好中球が,FMLP,PMA,またはPAFの存在下,タンパク質KLHに37℃,30分の間に接着するin vitroの反応が3-0-ラウロイル-D-グルコース(TK-125),3-0-ラウロイル-D-アロース,およぴ3-0-ラウロイル-D-アロサミンによって,15-100%阻害された。これらの誘導体は,好中球の過酸化水素生成反応も同じ程度に阻害した。同じ糖の濃度で,他の各種C-3置換へキソース誘導体が調べられたが,いずれも阻害率は20%以下か全く活性がなかった。}, pages = {39--44}, title = {3位に置換基を有するヘキソース誘導体の好中球接着阻害作用}, volume = {16}, year = {1996} }
