Since April of 1995, some projects have been started based on the 'Zero Emission' vision proposed by the United Nations University, and people have suddenly been focusing attentionon bio‐technology and a system of using recycled raw waste as food resources, instead of disposing of the waste by burning them, and then burying the remains.
