Analysis was conducted in 3 steps: (A)in muscle and serum, FF was extracted with acetonitrile and then n‐hexane. The sample was subjected to HPLC analysis. (B)in liver and kidney,the sample was dissolved in n‐hexane and cleaned up by Sep‐pak florisil cartridge after treated by step(A). (C)in bile, the sample was dissolved in acetonitrile and cleaned by Sep‐pak florisile cartridge after(A). The average recovery and coefficient of variation of FF from yellowtail were determined as be 90.2-103% and 3.9‐9.1%, respectively.
