@article{oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00006052, author = {河合, 義隆 and Kawai, Yoshitaka and 岡, 吾郎 and Oka, Goro and 中西, さくら and Nakanishi, Sakura and 河瀬, 幸浩 and Kawase, Yukihiro and 前川, 豊孝 and Maegawa, Toyotaka}, journal = {三重大学生物資源学部附属農場研究報告 = The bulletin of the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Bioresources, Mie University}, month = {Mar}, note = {application/pdf, 三重大学生物資源学部附属農場果樹園でのポット栽培とそれに生育期間中透水性シートをマルチした場合の生育及び果実への影響と,雨水を入れない為に不適水性のシートをマルチして収穫前に約1ケ月間水切りした場合の果実の品質に及ぼす影響を実験した。  露地区,ポット区,マルチ(ポット十マルチ)区の3区の生育を比較したところ, 露地区は他の2区より幹周や葉数が少なく,生育は劣っていた。果実の大きさ,重量は,露地区,ポット区,マルチ区の順で大であった。また,露地区の果実は色づきが遅れ,腰高となった。果実の糖度は,マルチ区,ポット区,露地区の順で高かったが,各種糖で見るとシュクローズはマルチ区が,還元糖のグルコースとフラクトースはポット区が一番高かった。 有機酸では,マルチ区のクエン酸が他の区に比べ高かったが,リンゴ酸やシュウ酸には大きな差は見られなかった。果汁申の無機イオンも3区の間に差は見られなかった。  収穫1ケ月前にポットの上部をマルチして水切り処理をした区と対照区を比較したところ,果実の大きさ,糖度,有機酸,無機イオン等に差は見られなかった。これは,水切りしたにもかかわらずポット内の土壌の乾燥が1ケ月で強い水ストレスを生じる程度まで到達しなかったと考えられる。, The following、experiment were conducted in the orchard of Experimental Farm,Faculty of Bioresources,Mie University:(1)the effects of pot culture and mulching of permeable sheet during growing season on the growth of trees and fruits in Satsuma mandarin and(2)the effect in treatment of no-irrigation and mulching pot with impermeable sheet for protection against rainwater starting at one month before harvest time on fruit quality of satsuma mandarin. Three systems of open field,pot and mulch(pot plus mulching)were investigated.The growth of trunk girth and the number of leaf in open field system were less than in pot and mulch system.The size and weight of fruit was in the order of mulch>pot>open field system.The coloring of fruit in open field system delayed and the width /height ratio of open field fruits was higher than other two system.The brix of fruit juice was in the order of mulch>pot>open field system.However,in each sugar,sucrose was highest in mulch system and reducing sugars,glucose and fructose,were highest in pot system.The content of citric acid was higher in mulch system than in the other two systems and that of malic acid and oxalic acid was no difference.The inorganic content of fruit juice was no difference among three systems. Compared between control and soil drought treatment of which pots were covered with impermeable sheet one month before harvest time and had no irrigation,there are no difference in fruit size,brix.and organic acids and inorganic ions in fruit juice.
