The results showed that Tetranychus kanzawai and Trialeurodes vaporariorum dispersed to the cucumber leaves from the two wild herbs, Oxalis corniculata and Gnaphalium japonicum grown in the greenhouse. These dispersed pests, due to the wide food range in the natural habitat, maitained their population density around the landing sites of cucumber leaves and increased the number in the cucumber field.
