In the present work, removal of sodium chloride from deep sea water with an electrodialytic process and preparation of nutrient solution using the electrodialyzed deep see water were discussed. Experimental results showed that sodium chloride was removed selectively from deep see water by the electrodialytic process. The main components of nutrient solution could be controlled at approximately constant concentrations with the electrodialyzed deep sea water and deiomized water.
