By the use of the numerical integral formulas, the above equation is transformed into the simultaneous equations which contain gγ(≡ D(Cγ)/I(Cγ)) as unknowns. D(C) values arc obtained from the solutions gγ multiplied by I(C). \nThe method was examined practically by the distribution of soil water content in the horizontal column.
