{"created":"2023-06-19T11:38:38.571790+00:00","id":6384,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"867e742c-14c6-4a6b-b666-846c8bc92ab5"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"6384","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"6384"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00006384","sets":["420:421:498:509"]},"author_link":["14746"],"item_4_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1985-12-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"84","bibliographicPageStart":"71","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"71","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"三重大學農學部學術報告 = The bulletin of the Faculty of Agriculture, Mie University"}]}]},"item_4_description_14":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ラワンロータリー単板からフェノール樹脂を用いてモールディングによって耐朽性のすぐれたキャストスティックを製造する最適条件を求めるため実験室腐朽試験を行った。この試験から得られた結果を実証するため,1970年春,3試験地に60本の人工杭を設置して野外試験を始めた。3年を経過して,全ての杭は健全で非常にすぐれた耐朽性が期待された。その後,観察を続け,1984年春,全ての杭を堀り取った。約45cm長の杭は両端を切り落して,約10cm長に切断して4区分の試験片をつくり,縦圧縮強度,含水率,比重を測定した。杭の一部を欠損した杭では,その部分の強度と比重を0とした。又,含水率28%以下の試験片は得られた強度を湿潤材の強度に修正し,区分毎の湿潤強度の分布図によって,杭全長の傷みの程度を表した。各杭の強度は4区分の平均値で代表し,又製造条件群(樹脂量-比重)の値をこの群に属する各杭の値の再平均によって紙験地毎に求めた。それらによって14年を経過した杭の評価を行い,以下の結論を得た。 1. キャストスティックの耐用年限は10年を超えるが,同じ大きさの径約5cmの素丸太杭はマツでは2~3年,スギでは3~5年である。ただボリデン塩水溶液に浸漬したスギ丸太は2~3年耐用年限が伸びる。 2. キャストスティックの圧縮強度はその密度に依存するところ大で,杭設置時からの物質量の減耗によって立杭の強度の劣化を推定できる。 3. 実験室腐朽試験からの予測は14年間の野外杭試験によって概ね実証された。すなわち,実験室試験から樹脂量40%,比重0.8前後の製造条件を最良としたが,野外試験から樹脂量20,30,40%の影響よりは比重の方が明瞭に影響し0.9が最良であった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"An artificial stake, so-called \"cast-stick\", was made by molding a rotary veneer of lauan wood with phenolic resin. Conditions related to the manufacture of the most decay-resistent cast-stick were investigated by the laboratory decay test. In order to confirm results in the decay test, the field stake test was ein the spring of 1970 with 60 cast-sticks in three locations. According to the first-year observation period, all sticks were in good condition and superior long service life could be expected. Thereafter, the observation was continued to 1984 for a total or 14 years from the beginning. All sticks were taken out of the ground in the test field. Both irregular ends were cut from a stick about 45 cm long ; then about 10 cm long lengths were cut successively. The crushing strength in compression, moisture content and density were determined for each of four cut portions in a stich. In case one part of a stick's four parts was missing because of decay, break down, etc., its strength was given 0. In case of any part having moisture content below the fiber saturation point of 28%, the compression strength was adjusted to one at wet condition. The compressing strength remaining in each of the four portions of a stick was shown in a graph to exhibit the degree of the deterioration of a whole stick. The representings strength of a stick was artificially calculated by simply averaging the strength of four parts of a stick. The specific gravity and the strength value at wet condition for the manufacturing term group (Resin content-Specific gravity) in cach test field were determined by reaveraging those for each stick. The factors for making cast-sticks were evaluated by these values as the result of 14-year service. The following conclusions may be drown. 1. The compressive crushings strength for the cast-stick is strongly related to its density. The reduction in density of the stick is a measure of the strength of a standing stick. 2. The service life for the cast-stick was proved to be over ten years, whereas the natural log stake in about same diameter stands for only 2-3 years for pine wood, and for 3-5 years for Sugi wood. The service life may be extended 2-3 years for Sugi round sticks by dipping in Boliden salt solution. 3.
