The focus of this study was the process in which participant with various experiences as volunteer teachers developed their own classes. This process included analyzing the development methods of classes, and teaching methods following a reflective approach through observation of other participants' classes. Peer activities were performed with the aim of improving classes by considering individual problems as their own and exchanging ideas and advice regarding teaching policy and classes.
